Lathrop Lady Mules are coached by Cassy Nicolay, Katy Colby, and Annika Huitt.

Cassy Nicolay coached at the varsity level for three years in Lincoln, MO, before coming to Lathrop in the fall of 2017.  She was previously the assistant varsity coach.  Prior to coaching, Cassy played collegiate basketball at William Jewell College where she was a 1,000-point scorer and received all-conference accolades.  She played her high school career at Salisbury High School in Salisbury, MO, where she was also a 1,000-point scorer, and received all-conference, all-district, and all-state honors.

Katy Colby has coached at the collegiate-level at William Jewell College for two years, where she specialized in guard play and defense.  She also played collegiately at William Jewell College.  She played high school basketball in Osceola, MO, where she received also received all-conference and all-district honors.

Annika Huitt is from Lathrop, MO, and has helped coach in the community.  She also currently helps with the Lady Mules middle school program.
